Instructions for Managing Exhibitor Representatives:

Click the Manage Exhibit Reps box below to add new registrations or to display the list of currently registered exhibit representatives.  Please be sure to add your complimentary badges first and click Save.  Additional representative badges will then be charged at $500.00 per badge through October 21, 2025.  Fees increase to $600.00 effective October 22, 2025, and must be purchased on-site.

Badge Guidelines

  • Exhibitors may purchase additional badges over the allotted amount for $500.00 each through October 21, 2025.  Fees increase to $600.00 starting October 22, 2025.
  • Exhibitors in AAHKS housing blocks must be registered by September 1, 2025.
  • You can log back in until October 21, 2025 to change or add names to your list.  Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAHKS.
  • No refunds will be issued after October 22, 2025, unless the entire event becomes virtual.
  • All exhibit representatives must be registered and wear badges to enter the Exhibit Hall and General Session areas; individuals not displaying a badge will be denied entry.
  • No swapping or re-issuing of unused paid badges to other representatives will be allowed.
  • Registered exhibitors will be notified via e-mail with badge pick-up information.
