Attendee registration includes all Spring meeting events from Thursday to Saturday. The system will price your registration according to the categories below upon log-in.

International Members – $500.00
All Other Member Categories – $750.00
Non-Members – $850.00

How to Secure a Room: To book your hotel reservation, please CLICK HERE.  Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The AAHKS room block rate is subject to availability up until March 31, 2027 or until the hotel sells out (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

Standard Room Rate: 

Rates start at $489 per night plus applicable taxes and fees.

Additional Guest:  $30.00

Hotel Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
