Registration to the 2026 AAHKS Spring Meeting includes access to the International Session at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, immediately followed by the Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m.
The General Session, comprised of symposia and case-based breakout sessions, begins on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. and concludes on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Breakfast, lunch, breaks and receptions are all included in your registration. The AAHKS room block rate is subject to availability until Friday, April 10, 2026, or until the hotel sells out (whichever comes first). After Friday, April 10, 2026, reservations may be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rate.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one [1] night’s room and tax will be processed at the time of booking. Deposit may be refundable if notice of cancellation is given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
